• By purchasing via HAZ Cheats, you automatically agree upon our Terms & Services. Violating our Terms may result into various actions such as being permanently banned from purchasing from at HAZ Cheats.

 

Purchase Rights

• Due to the legal registrations of HAZ Cheats, we demand users to provide legitimate and up to date information to ensure that no fraudulent activity is involved. 
• You must be registered as an adult in your jurisdiction of residence to ensure that our product and/or services are used correctly - If you are under the legal age requirement, then you will be forced to receive and provide permission from your legal guardians.
• All purchases made through HAZ Cheats are final and non-refundable after usage. In the rare cases of the product being faulty or non working, we advise you to politely contact us in order for us to offer you a solution which could even potentially be a complete refund. Attempts of chargebacks will immediately result into a permanent suspension for your purchase products, accounts registered under "our" products & websites, and/or further actions.

 

User Data/Privacy

• We do not sell and/or share any of a users personal information with third parties unless it's required by parties such as payment processors or meeting legal requirements. If you wish to close your accounts and/or any data associated with it, then simply contact us and within a reasonable timeframe, we will allow your request to be successful as all of our users contain the right to request to access to, update, or delete any person data by simply contacting us.

 

User Responsibilities

Delivery

• HAZ Cheats only provides license keys, not software. "We" are simply known as distributers making our operations legal. The software is a gift donation found from a third-party which could be found upon purchasing the desired product. "We" comply with all relevant worldwide laws and/or regulations.
• Our products are sold "as-is," and functionality may vary based on updates to the supported games or other factors outside our control.
• We do not guarantee that the cheats will remain undetected 24/7, nor do we take responsibility for any bans, suspensions, or penalties incurred by the user.
• After purchasing, keep in mind that the purchase may not be delivered instantly. If the product was not delivered then please contact us to allow us to complete the delivery of your product - Typically completed within 1-4 hours.

 

Events

• In events of "Product Down-time", "we" aren't responsible for any compensations however "our" providers are often generous and compensated based down-time.
• In events of "HWID Mismatch", "we" aren't responsible for any compensation, as this is often related to a users changes or misconfigurations however if you contact us, our team will review your case and offer a solution (often being the HWID being reset allowing you to use the product again)
• In events of "Attempted [Crack] the Launchers", "we" aren't responsible for any action taken towards a user, including a permanent suspension, revoked product access, and/or legal measures, as such actions are typically enforced by our providers to protect their software. The term [Crack] includes any attempts of reverse-engineer, decompile, and/or modifications on our software.

• We have no hidden fees - All of our pricing is transparent as we are an honourable company,
